North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company has received the distinguished Zero Claims Award from national title insurance underwriter Stewart Title Guaranty Company. The award was presented at the recent Stewart Title Guaranty Company Western States Agency Conference. This award is given to Stewart's independent title insurance agents who have provided title insurance and related services to the real estate and mortgage industries with zero claims reported against title insurance policies.
